Terms of Service — VIVI Proptech

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VIVI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including company administrators, valuators, and field engineers.

2. Description of Service

VIVI is a cloud-based property valuation management platform designed for banks, financial institutions, and independent valuators. The Service includes order management, field visit coordination, report generation, billing, and analytics tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Each user account is associated with a company workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

Access to the Service is provided under subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including property data, valuation reports, field visit records, and documents. VIVI does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems, uploading malicious content, reverse-engineering the platform, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIVI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
